Key Accountabilities:
Your role includes preparing the restaurant pre-shift for service ahead, greeting guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant, guiding guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu, being accurate in order taking, confirming special requests, being the master of the menu, working collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff, assisting guests who have concerns, and finalizing the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
