Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service
- Greet guests upon arrival or throughout the dining area
- Guide guests through the menu and answer questions
- Accurately take orders and confirm special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Present final bills accurately and efficiently
