Who We’re Looking For:
We need a Front of House Manager who’s as passionate about people as we are about pizza. You’re the life of the party, the captain of the ship, and the friendly face that guests (and staff!) love to see. But make no mistake—this is a hands-on role. You’ll be running food, bussing tables, and jumping in wherever needed to keep service top-notch. Leading by example is your mantra, and no job is too small when it comes to ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Your Mission:
This isn’t your average FOH gig—it’s a high-energy leadership role where you’ll:
Manage an amazing team of FOH staff, handling scheduling, training, and supervision like a pro.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoother than our mozzarella.
Roll up your sleeves to assist the team—whether it’s running food, bussing tables, or jumping in to help staff when the pace picks up.
Handle cash, POS (Toast system), and deposits with precision.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards (cleanliness is key—even for parties!).
Deliver excellent customer service and guide our team to do the same.
Collaborate with the Back of House Manager to create seamless guest experiences.
Maintain the energy, enthusiasm, and fun that define Black Rock Pizza.
What You Bring to the Table:
At least 2 years of restaurant experience (management preferred).
A big personality and a love for interacting with guests.
Leadership skills that inspire and energize your team.
A team-first mentality—you're in it with the crew, not just supervising from the sidelines.
The ability to juggle tasks and stay cool under pressure.
