Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Black Rocks Animal Hospital is seeking detail oriented individuals to join our privately owned very busy small animal hospital located in beautiful country setting in southeastern New Hampshire near the ocean, driving distance to the mountains, lakes and to Boston.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: admissions, discharges, invoicing, appointment scheduling and telephone services.
The ideal receptionist candidates will have a minimum of 3 years as a veterinary receptionist or vet tech and working knowledge vaccine protocols, flea and tick prevention and general pet medications and conditions. Candidate must also exhibit a willingness to learn, good communications and organizational skills, attention to detail and the desire to help animals and owners.
Veterinary Technician skills a plus. ONLY candidates with previous Animal Hospital Reception or Vet Tech experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of veterinary treatments and medications is required to excel in this position. Candidates should be self-motivated, customer service focused, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Full time or part time, some evenings and Saturdays required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
