What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at BLACK ROOSTER BISTRO?
Black Rooster Bistro in Hudson, WI is looking for one host/hostess to join our 16 person strong team for the colder months. This would be a seasonal position with opportunity to move up to serving. Very part time position with 2-4 short 3-4 hour shifts per week. Must be 16 year of age or older.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the flow of people in sections
- Controlling seating of guests
- Answering the phone and booking reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Cleaning and resetting tables
- Ensuring clean bathroom facilities

- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and motivational skills with flawless outside-the-box problem solving.
