Responsibilities
- Review and manage the company’s financial systems and daily / monthly accounting activities globally, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in bookings, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain compliance across financial operations, including cash receipts, accounts payable / receivable, journal entries, financial statement preparation and review, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
- Provide financial suggestions, in-depth analysis, budgeting, and data-driven insights to the Management team as requested.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor progress against approved budgets and forecasts, addressing variances effectively.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring the company meets operational and strategic financial goals.
- Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise the audit process, including preparation, review, and collaboration with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance with international accounting and tax standards.
- Manage corporate tax planning and compliance, including preparation and submission of tax filings across regions (China, US, Hong Kong, and Singapore).
- Provide expertise on international tax strategies, transfer pricing, and tax treaty applications, optimizing global tax efficiency.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and advise management on implications for business strategy and operations.
