Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (No weekends, office closed all major holidays)
Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet and assist office guests.
· Professionally answer and direct phone calls.
· Accurately code and scan invoices.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
· Manage and update databases with precision.
· Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
· Create mail merges for various communications.
· Handle other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
