Counter Sales and Rentals

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales and Rental Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional service while assisting with their needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales/equipment rentals and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in customer service, along with relevant driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process sales/rental transactions efficiently and accurately at the counter.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
• Assist with route driving or deliveries as needed, ensuring timely service to customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to facilitate the movement of products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving, or delivery driver roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this position.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
