With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a Journey Group Division, is growing and seeking a hardworking Asphalt Screed Operator to join our team to assist in operating screed and other heavy equipment as well as luting and shoveling back-top. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or before June 2nd, 2025.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Technical college education or equivalent in work experience.
- Heavy equipment operator certification.
- Basic paver knowledge - ability to read, understand and follow job jacket instructions.
- Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
- 30-hour OSHA compliance in construction training.
