Kitchen Steward and Sanitation Support - 4AM Shift Start

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen crew. This is a hands-on role supporting the heart of our operation—perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean, stocked prep station
• Dishwashing and keeping kitchenware organized and ready for service
• Taking out trash and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and restrooms
• Supporting overall cleanliness, including deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Assisting with inventory organization and restocking supplies

• Have prior kitchen or dishwashing experience (a plus, but not required)
