Responsibilities
Daily Duties...
- Nurture memorable moments with every guest while on bar and in the shop
- Be passionate daily
- Train, coach, and develop the team
- Ability to delegate tasks and hold the team to our standards
- Make sure the shop is always clean, organized and well stocked at the start and end of shifts
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, quality and accurate service
- Cover shifts based on business demands
- Ensure proper POS, cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Be knowledgeable about all things coffee and tea including brew methods
- Assist in writing seasonal menus, ordering products and weekly schedules

- Hands on experience with working on professional espresso and grinder machines
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and teammates
