Job Summary: Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care for residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, dementia, and wound care. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering nursing care per established policies and ensuring resident safety.
• Assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborating with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining resident mobility as per Care Plan.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, active CNA certification required. Full-time and part-time positions available with a salary range of $17.50-$23.54/hr. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights, with a rotating weekend schedule.
