Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides resident-centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision, including personal care, vital signs, and psychosocial support. Responsibilities also include assisting with meals, documenting care, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16. CNA certification required within four months. Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
