Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We Are Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) To Provide Individual And Family-centered Nursing Care To Elderly And Acutely Ill Residents In Snohomish, Washington. Under The Direction Of An RN, The LPN Will

• Deliver direct care and assist with assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Document care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Participate in resident evaluations and coordinate care activities.
• Assist with emergencies and maintain accurate clinical records.
