Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate patient care and evaluate nursing activities.
- Monitor patient care quality and assist as needed.
- Act as a liaison between staff and departments.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff.
- Current RN license and BSN preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records.
