About the Associate role
As an Associate at our firm, you will support client engagements and internal initiatives, gaining exposure to various industries and disciplines. The role involves contributing to projects that help client organizations identify and address select business challenges and opportunities.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting research, analysis, and developing actionable frameworks to support client organizations’ goals.
- Engaging with stakeholders across various business functions to gain insight into organizational structures, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring that recommendations are well-informed and relevant.
- Providing thoughtful guidance to senior executives, startup founders, and investors on critical topics, such as Go-To-Market Strategy, Digital Transformation, or other selected areas.
- Contributing to firm-building efforts through activities like conducting thought leadership interviews, drafting research-backed insights, documenting processes, and supporting leadership alignment on internal priorities.
The Winter Associate program is tentatively scheduled for January to March 2025, with options for extension.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a high-impact environment including but not limited to strategy consulting, operational leadership, corporate strategy, digital transformation, or process improvement roles.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program at a reputable university with a strong academic record. We value diverse academic programs of study.
