Kitchen Cleaning and Maintenance
BLACKBERRY FARM is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our culinary team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a Dishroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Washing, drying, and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor upon arrival.
- Laying down kitchen mats.
- Operating and maintaining the dish machine.
- Assisting wait staff with glass storage.
- Maintaining plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion.
- Empting all trash and recycling bins.
- Scrubbing floors daily.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
