About the Role:
Blackberry Farm is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our luxurious properties. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that values exceptional hospitality, sustainability, and generational growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water, vehicle, tool, room, kitchen, and common area maintenance. You must be able to assess any maintenance-related problem and either fix it or get someone who can minimize internal and external guest inconvenience. Your expertise will also assist the Director of Maintenance with maintaining the maintenance team and billing for the Private Owners Services department.
The ideal candidate will have a Vocational or Secondary School education in one of the trade disciplines they will manage. A minimum of 3 years building management experience regarding essential utilities and equipment management is required. Familiarity with National Codes and Standards ANSI 117, NEC, OSHA, TOSHA, ADA is also necessary. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Forms, and Property management systems is preferred.
