Our Client is seeking a Director of Sales Operations who will play a dual role in driving direct sales efforts while optimizing sales operations. This individual will not only lead the growth of our sales team but also ensure operational processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency. With a balance of sales acumen and operational expertise, this role is critical to scaling our growth and optimizing our sales pipeline and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Direct Sales Leadership :
Lead by example in generating new business, working with both small independent businesses and large healthcare organizations. Engage directly with clients to build relationships, tailor solutions, and close deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Operations :
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth while optimizing operations. Develop sales processes that streamline lead generation, client engagement, and conversions, ensuring a high level of efficiency across the team.
Team Building & Development :
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, starting with direct sales efforts and transitioning to a leadership role. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting :
Oversee the sales forecasting process, ensuring accurate reporting on sales pipelines, KPIs, and performance metrics. Use data and analytics to optimize the sales process, track team performance, and provide insights to leadership.
Sales Tools & CRM Management :
Continuously refine and improve sales processes and technologies to enhance the sales team's productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, Development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall sales efficiency.
Key Qualifications : Experience :
3 years in sales operations, sales management, or direct sales, with a strong background in SaaS or healthcare technology. Proven success in driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and optimizing sales processes.
Skills :
Strong sales and operations expertise, with the ability to execute sales strategies while refining operational processes. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership :
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team while balancing operational responsibilities. Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results, improving processes, and optimizing sales
