We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize our workers' compensation insurance operations. This role combines operational expertise with proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate to enhance software implementations, refine business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, resolving issues, and training team members while continuously seeking workflow and reporting optimizations. A background in workers' compensation insurance is preferred.
This is a full-time position and is onsite.
Job Responsibilities
- Software Implementation & Management : Lead the implementation of business software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Process Documentation & Improvement : Thoroughly understand, document, and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement more efficient workflows.
- Automation & Efficiency : Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to automate manual tasks, enhancing accuracy and productivity.
- Data Analytics & Reporting : Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI to provide actionable insights.
- Issue Resolution : Monitor systems and processes, identifying and resolving operational or technical issues promptly.
- Training & Support : Educate and assist team members in adopting new tools and workflows effectively.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
