Key Responsibilities :
- Support the CEO in the development stages of home furnishings and accessories, providing insights on design trends and product direction.
- Collaborate with the Art and design teams to ensure alignment with the CEO's vision, tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Attend client meetings and visits with the CEO, taking detailed notes on buyer feedback and preferences.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of styles, orders, and shipping timelines for seamless execution.
- Review factory samples, ensuring styles align with brand storytelling, and communicate detailed feedback on colors, details, and necessary revisions.
- Assist in preparing customer quote sheets and purchase order details to facilitate order placement.
- Work directly with clients on revisions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
