What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Service Representative position at Blackbob Pet Hospital & Cat Clinic?
We are looking for a high-energy individual to join our Customer Service Representative team! This person will help assist in client/ patient reception and front desk duties in a growing American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited veterinary practice. Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills a must. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment desired. If you have great customer service skills, computer competency and a desire to serve clients and their pets, we have the workplace for you! Paid training and competitive base pay. A part-time or full-time position is available. Pay based on experience.Must be available for Saturday shifts, 9am -1pm.
