This role offers extensive support, including exclusive lead generation, in-house marketing, transaction coordination, and cutting-edge technology to help agents maximize their earnings and close more deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase and sell luxury properties to high-net-worth buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay ahead of market trends, pre-construction opportunities, and luxury real estate developments.
- Make daily calls to prospective clients and grow the book of business.
- Utilize CRM tools (FollowUpBoss) to manage and nurture leads.
- Represent Blackbook Properties with a professional, polished image and exceptional service.
