We’re searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.
- Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus, but not required!
- A construction background (bonus points!)
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- Physical ability to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Tech-savviness (we’ll train you on the tools you need!)
