Digital Marketing Specialist

- Create ads for digital and print
- Keep track of local sponsorships and advertising
- Optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Answer messages or questions on social media
- Collaborate with website developers
- Maintain company website (prices, product content, plugins etc.)
- Design and schedule marketing emails
- Take product pictures
- Design catalog & calendar each year
- Update booth design for tradeshows
- Create new designs for outdoor sign
- Keep record of product reviews and reply to comments
- Design and mail out Christmas cards each year
- Keep product box weights & dimension sheet up to date
- Attend marketing meetings
- Brainstorm new ideas and growth strategies
- Manage Amazon vendor central’s content and prices
- Correspond with customers via email, phone and online chat
- Create proofs for new flags/signs/banners/other printed products
- Create digital print files for wide format printing
- Work closely with the silk screen department, and wide format press department
- Enter sales orders
- Verbal and written customer service
- Help plan BMC parties and events
- Keep product samples up to date in show room
- Design poster for monthly incentive lunch
