We’re seeking a Medical Supply Shipper in our Shipping department to receive and ship all daily company work orders, maintain and conduct inventory, and enter transactions in the computer shipping system. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be organized, work well with others, have computer knowledge, and a background in a healthcare related industry.

HOURS OF WORK: Flexible 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school education. Good communication skills a must. Must be organized and possess the ability to work well with people. Computer knowledge and background in healthcare related industry helpful.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Receive and ship all outgoing company work orders

* Fill and complete all orders daily

* Maintain shipping system

* Maintain inventory as needed

* Trace packages when needed

* Make copy and log all shorts in computer

* Stock all shelves with incoming inventory

* Enter all items to be ordered from manufacturers and distributors

* Assist in conducting inventories

* Mail USPS as needed

* Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

* Attend Customer Service workshops

* Attend new product/technology inservices

* Avail self of audio and video tapes

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
