Now Hiring: Housekeeper – Blackfin Resort & Marina

Blackfin Resort & Marina in Marathon, FL is looking for a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team! If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming for guests, we’d love to have you on board.

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet hotel standards.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Conduct floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas such as storage rooms and staff facilities.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bilingual a plus.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Reliable and able to work weekends/holidays as needed.
