Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs that support business objectives and drive growth. This role requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing programs to support product launches, up-sell campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with required teams to develop marketing assets and support materials for current and future products and services delivered by Blackfoot Communications in all markets – Residential, Business and Cellular/Wholesale.
- Support website, social media and digital/print media-buy placements with required product and services materials.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, services and support teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of product and services messaging and campaign execution.
- Represent Blackfoot Communications at external events as appropriate to support go-to-market efforts.
- Define program goals, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Track and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and materials.
- Manage stakeholder communication and maintain alignment across departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to the following education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities would qualify: Bachelors’ degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field, a master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant marking experience, or in a similar role.
Salary : $57,000 - $81,250
