As we scale our Managed Services and Cloud offerings, we’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the front-end of our sales funnel. If you’re a proactive, tech-savvy communicator with a track record in MSP or IT services sales, this is your opportunity to be a game-changer.
What You'll Do
Strategic Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and research potential clients across key verticals (government, healthcare, utilities, multi-site enterprises).
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events).
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and HubSpot to source and engage decision-makers.
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover IT needs, challenges, timelines, and buying processes (BANT or similar frameworks).
- Qualify leads and transition Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to Account Executives for closure.
- Maintain active nurturing cadences for long-term opportunities.
Pipeline Management
- Log and manage all interactions in our CRM with discipline and accuracy.
- Track lead status, meeting outcomes, and KPIs for regular reporting.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine ICP and tailor campaigns based on market feedback.
Market Intelligence
- Stay sharp on trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT managed services.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry shifts to refine messaging and approach.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 4 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience in IT Managed Services, SaaS, or tech consulting.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas for SALs, meetings set, and pipeline contribution.
- Familiarity with cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure (basic knowledge of RMM, PSA tools a plus).
