We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Tutor and Learning Specialist to join our team. The Tutor and Learning Specialist will provide personalized academic support and guidance to students ranging from elementary to high school age. Qualifications:
- Must be warm, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with students.
- Experience working with neurodiverse students, including those with ADHD, ASD, and other learning differences, is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience (current college students pursuing education degrees are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of core academic subjects and the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
