SUMMARY : The Senior Human Resource Coordinator provides administrative and functional support to the overall HR department initiatives. This position will serve as a backfill to the recruiting coordinator, front desk assistant, senior benefits specialist, and overall objectives for the team.

Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associate consistent with Core BehaviorsResponsible for promoting culture of safetyAssist with the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance employee performanceFacilitate training sessions, either virtually or in-person, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experience for participantsOversee the organization's learning management system, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and user supportServe as backup for overall recruiting efforts which includes conducting background investigations, onboarding new hires, new hire orientation, and special projectsServe as back-up for benefits questions, concerns, enrollment, and administration of the benefit plan and policiesEnsure all human resource functions are complying with local, state, and federal regulationsWork as part of the team that answers HR inbox questions within 24 hours or less response timeTracking in Excel on various projectsPrepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, quarterly, and annual HR ReportingServe as a backup for the front desk as needed.Assist HR department with various projectsPerforms other duties as assignedPerform all work in accordance with ISO processes and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 5 years' experience. Preferably working in a Human Resources roleExperience with Excel & multi-line phone system preferredMaintain confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive data requiredStrong customer service skills requiredAbility to take instruction & detail orientedAbility to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesOpen to ideas and exhibit willingness to try new thingsAble to adapt to changes in the work environmentSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
