Essential Competencies And Responsibilities

- Responsible for promoting culture of safety
- Assist with the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance employee performance
- Facilitate training sessions, either virtually or in-person, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experience for participants
- Oversee the organization's learning management system, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and user support
- Serve as backup for overall recruiting efforts which includes conducting background investigations, onboarding new hires, new hire orientation, and special projects
- Serve as back-up for benefits questions, concerns, enrollment, and administration of the benefit plan and policies
- Ensure all human resource functions are complying with local, state, and federal regulations
- Work as part of the team that answers HR inbox questions within 24 hours or less response time
- Tracking in Excel on various projects
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, quarterly, and annual HR Reporting
- Serve as a backup for the front desk as needed.
- Assist HR department with various projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Preferably working in a Human Resources role
- Experience with Excel & multi-line phone system preferred
- Maintain confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive data required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to take instruction & detail oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Open to ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things
- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment
- No supervisory responsibility.
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources strongly preferred
- Previous office and administrative experience required
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other related software preferred
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations strongly preferred

- Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
