Responsibilities:

- Qualify leads through cold outreach, emails, and calls.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and outreach skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation software.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
- Must have own equipment (computer, reliable internet connection, and any necessary software).
- Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
