Job Summary:
As a Web Designer at us, you will be responsible for 🎨 designing, creating, and amplify cool websites for our clients that live and breathe their brand and business. You will work closely with our 🤝 Chief Creative Officer, marketing, project managers, development, and content teams to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, user-friendly websites.
- Maintain consistent design that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Optimize websites for all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) with responsive design.
- Work with marketing and development teams to update and enhance websites.
- Keep up with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Offer creative ideas for redesigns and new site launches.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
- Test and problem solve websites for issues, broken links and bugs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new pages and features.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and proficiency with design tools (Webflow, Framer, Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Figma, ect. (Ya know.. normal tools to build and plan websites).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Wordpress, ect.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail 👁 and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Liquid or other relevant coding languages.
- Experience with e-commerce websites (Shopify, ect.) and knowledge of SEO principles.
- Basic understanding of front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Google My Business, etc.
- Knowledge of web optimalization, WEBP format, benchmark testing, Google Lighthouse, etc
- Back-end tools like cPanel, FTP, domain, DNS, etc.
Tools:
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Webflow, Framer, Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Figma, ect. (Ya know.. normal tools to build and plan websites)
- Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.
- Web Development Languages: HTML, CSS.
- Front-End Frameworks (Nice-to-Have): Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Liquid.
- Graphic Design Software (Nice-to-Have): Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects.
- Analytics tools (Nice-to-Have): Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Google My Business, Google Lighthouse, etc
