Candidates are required to wear certified ASTM standards to prevent injury from specific hazards. At minimum, safety footwear in Blackline US Facilities must be 1/75 and C30 unless otherwise specified. Applicants must have access to a pair of the right safety footwear prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership of operations & technical teams and contribution to the creation and implementation of best practice
- Working with the leadership team to reach established targets and objectives
- Assist in the growth planning of the organization; ensuring proper management of inventory
- Effectively train and develop staff, be active in performance management
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and personnel to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis; works with People Services to address any needs
- Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate
- Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment
- Follows up on interruptions to the order, and acts as an escalation point for customer concerns
- Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity
- Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed; ensures the teams adhere to all compliance requirements
- 10 years Operations management experience; demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Logistics, stock, and/or customer support experience
- Understanding of cloud-based and SAAS products and services
- Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly when they arise
- Proven presentation skills
- First Aid/CPR/AED is an asset
