About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GTM Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will lead the annual incentive compensation plan design and collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology teams, and other stakeholders to transform and optimize the design, governance, and administration of our incentive compensation plan portfolio.
This is a critical position that requires a firm grasp of the administrative process flow for incentive compensation, including plan document distribution and tracking; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution. You will manage the day-to-day incentive compensation process within Revenue Operations and ensure deliverables are provided to business partners and customers in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
">- Plan Design and Implementation: Lead the annual incentive compensation plan design and implementation process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure plans are well-designed, effective, and compliant with regulations.
- Process Management: Manage the day-to-day incentive compensation process, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely execution of tasks such as plan document distribution and tracking, transaction crediting, incentive calculations, payment file preparation, and issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of incentive compensation-related activities.
Requirements
">- 8 Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in incentive compensation within GTM Operations, Finance, or Consulting, including 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com platform, experience with Varicent, Anaplan ICM, Xactly, Callidus, or similar ICM tools, and proficiency in Excel data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, strong organization and execution skills, and ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end outcomes.
