Position Overview: As an Investment Associate, you will be an integral part of the investment team, playing a pivotal role in evaluating, executing, and managing private credit investments. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior professionals, gain exposure to a variety of asset classes, and develop deep expertise within the private credit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, credit assessment, and due diligence for prospective investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the deal execution process, including structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, conducting ongoing credit reviews and supporting portfolio management activities.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to source new opportunities and contribute to the firm’s investment strategy.
- Foster relationships with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
