What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Blackrock Bar & Grill?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Restaurant Operations and Kitchen help will include additional station training as you grow.
- Perform all opening/closing duties.
- Promotes excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company.
- Supports and assists team members
Self-starter who is energetic and flexible.
Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
Forms strong working relationships within team.
Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
Follows direction with focused attention.
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.48 - $15.00 per hour
