- Provide assistance to the Office Manager and Owners with miscellaneous tasks.
- Running office and personal errands.
- Data entry skills is a plus.
- Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Adobe knowledge is a plus.
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
- Payroll is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with standard office practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
The position is available for immediate hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
