Job Title: Experienced Loader Operator – Pre-Construction Crew
Location: Texas (travel required)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our pre-construction crew. The ideal candidate will have expertise in loading and unloading materials, with proficiency in operating skid steers and excavators being highly advantageous.
This position involves a variety of tasks, including:
- Unloading and stringing pipe
- Tree clearing
- Fence installation and relocation
- Potholing
- General material distribution
This is not a full-time in-cab position, so we are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who isn't afraid of hands-on work.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating loaders (experience with skid steers and excavators is a plus)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must speak English fluently
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout Texas
