Job Duties: Generate high conviction investment ideas for a variety of strategies across the risk spectrum. Conduct research across multiple asset classes with a particular emphasis on equity investments. Provide broad analytical support to portfolio managers and product strategists, including development and delivery of investment dashboards and analysis.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, or related. Must have one (1) year of experience with the following: Equity research; Conducting discretionary and systematic research for alpha generation; Quantitative investment research and data science techniques; Equity baskets construction and investment experience, through fundamental selection and quantitative optimization meth

ods; Thematic baskets investing; Factor models, risk analytics and attribution.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$158,100.00 - USD$210,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
