Position Overview

The IT System Architect will design, plan, and oversee the integration of centralized IT systems, including data governance, automation workflows, and ERP implementation. This role ensures the scalability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure to support company-wide digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, ERP systems, and IT security frameworks.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in system architecture design and implementation.
• Expertise in ERP systems like NetSuite, implementation, and data integration tools like Microsoft Fabric/Power BI.
• Experience with Legacy Systems.
• Proficiency in IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong coding skills in APIs, Python, and SQL or similar.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals.

Essential Job Duties

• Assess existing IT systems and identify areas for integration and automation.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.
• Implement Microsoft Fabric to centralize data storage and governance.
• Oversee ERP system rollout and provide training for employees.
• Establish robust data security protocols and maintain local backups.
• Develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and scalability to support onboarding and growth.
• Regularly assess IT needs and recommend future enhancements to keep pace with business growth and technology advancements.
