- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

General Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls, direct to the appropriate department or individual, and take messages when necessary.
- Collect, distribute, and organize incoming mail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakroom.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
- Assist with ordering kitchen supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support the organization and coordination of company events as needed.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of conference rooms, ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings.
- Guide guests upon their arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Oversee coffee machine management, including ensuring it is stocked and in working order.
- Provide basic support when the IT team is onsite, including directing the IT team member to the appropriate locations and maintaining a list of employees to be supported, based on the forms completed by each staff member.
- Assist with department lunch orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer usage.
- Ability to lift-up to fifty pounds.
