Job Title:
Landscaping Crew Member / Seasonal Helper
Overview:
BlackRock Outdoor Living is seeking hardworking and reliable Crew Members and Seasonal Helpers to join our growing landscaping and lawn care team. This role involves weekly lawn maintenance, bed care, mulching, and other seasonal tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and beautiful. Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and general cleanup.
- Assist with bed maintenance, including weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.
- Load, unload, and operate landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, blowers, trimmers).
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
- Support seasonal projects like leaf cleanup and landscape preparation during peak times (spring and fall).
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks on schedule.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Availability for varying weekday hours and Saturdays during busy seasons.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not necessary – we’ll train the right candidates!

Start Date: Febuary - March When We Start Doing Spring Advertising etc!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
