Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing customer reports and document deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams across engineering and manufacturing.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and proposal development.
- Maintain program dashboards for performance tracking.
- Communicate weekly progress, KPIs, and key updates.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardized workflows.
- Help develop project management tools and best practices.
- Program/Project Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Preferred: PMP certification, operations experience, and knowledge of batteries, power electronics, or product development.
