Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical teams.
- Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and regulatory standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor project timelines and work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- In this position, you will be accountable for Overhead and Underground Electrical projects, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with the client is the primary point of contact ensuring that our company is fulfilling its obligations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in installation and maintenance work.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of and follow safety procedures.
- Ensure the activities are planned for smooth execution, including assisting with soliciting construction bids and evaluation.
- Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and piping installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems.
- Experience in navigating 3D models with AutoCAD.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP, etc.) strongly preferred.
