- BS Degree in Food, Science, Food Technology or related is preferred
- 5 plus years’ of prior leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical problem-solving procedures.
- Hands on experience with GMP’s, HACCP, food quality testing and food safety
- Experience dealing with FDA and other government agencies
