Junior Project Controller

We are actively seeking a Junior Project Controller to join a dynamic project management team where you’ll support key functions across cost management, scheduling, progress tracking, and project close-out. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers to ensure cost-effective, timely project delivery by implementing robust project controls and monitoring procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cost and schedule management, change management, and reporting.
• Review project plans, estimates, and contractual requirements.
• Analyze project costs and data from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor contractor progress and provide input for estimates and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, scorecards, and project performance updates.
• Participate in project close-out and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Need:

• A university degree or technical college diploma with 0 to 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with project controls, cost management systems, and progress measurement.
• Awareness of Earned Value Management (EVM) and related performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• SAP and PowerPlan experience (preferred)
