Maintenance Manager – Baking Industry
Location: Cook County, IL
Salary: $130,000 (full benefits)
A leading food manufacturer in Cook County is looking for a strong maintenance manager, someone with baking industry experience, solid electrical skills, and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading all maintenance efforts in a high-output baking facility
- Troubleshooting electrical systems and supporting PLC-driven equipment
- Managing the CMMS and driving preventive maintenance programs
- Supporting continuous improvement and capital projects
- Collaborating with plant leadership to meet safety and production goals
What they’re looking for:
- 3 years in a maintenance leadership role (baking/food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong electrical background (PLC knowledge is a big plus)
- Experience managing teams and maintenance processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred
