Job Description:
- The Operations Manager shall assist the PM in overall management of the
Program and shall be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager, if required.
The operations manager shall be required to attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings in support of the r.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information
Management or related discipline or the minimum experience listed below.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed
environments. Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD
experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Language Skills
Ability to read in English to analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, government regulations, and procedure manuals. Ability to write in English for routine reports and correspondence
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems by defining the problem, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license issued by state of residence. Must have a valid United States passport.
