Summary: Blackrock Strategy, LLC is seeking a full- time Program Controls Analyst for our Huntsville, AL office. Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and require full time office presence.

Job description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and monitoring of programs and projects, tracking funding, processing expenses reporting, and maintaining contractual documentation. This position requires a strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, self-management, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and track program deliverables and compliance items.
- Collaborate with Program Managers on pricing, funding, reporting, and filling contract positions.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Track funding, hours, and burn dates.
- Review invoices to ensure alliance with contract compliance.
- Update Unanet with contract modifications.
- Build out proposal pricing, funding projections, and bill rates.
- Support contract modifications, and ROMS.
- Submit contract reporting according to contract specifications for time, monthly status reports, and deliverables.
- Process purchase orders in Unanet for material and subcontractors.
- Manage and maintain all contractual documentation and project updates in Unanet.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with 3 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of government contracts.
- Must possess excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and TEAMS.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even when faced with unexpected activities or deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and colleagues
Preferred:
- 1 to 2 years of Unanet experience.
- Experience in government contracting administration and/or accounting.
- Experience in tracking funding.
- Experience in review and processing expense reporting.
